For me, cakes are unique, unrepeatable pieces, on which I always try to leave my own signature. I create my cakes by weaving together your ideas and my own, which makes the task really exciting and enjoyable.
Besides the beauty and sophistication of cakes and desserts, their intrinsic value is equally important to me. All ingredients are carefully selected and of high quality. In creating them, I paid particular attention to the harmony of combining different flavours, and the interplay of different textures and creams.
After a lot of trying, experimenting and recipe development, I can heartily recommend LouLou's sweets to everyone, and of course her savoury delicacies too.
