The Design Process
In terms of toppings, you can choose between a meringue-coated cake or a fondant-coated cake, which is mostly influenced by design. You can ask for the meringue cream cakes with dry or live flowers, gold or silver leaf, custom painting, buttercream flowers.
You can request fondant-encrusted cakes with textured frosting, stone or marble effect, glaze painting that stands out from the cake, or watercolour painting that is flush with the cake. I can decorate with gold or silver leaf, frosted or heavily accented.
To emphasise the uniqueness and unrepeatability of the cake, I can add edible wafers or sugar flowers.
The smallest size available is 8 slices, followed by 12, 16-slice versions. You can also request a larger number of slices, in which case please specify the approximate size you require.
I calculate the price of the cake according to your ideas, so you need to ask for a quote.
Available flavours for design cakes
There are seven different flavours to choose from, from classic lines to special combinations:
- walnut-apricot-dark chocolate-rum
- white-nougat-hazelnut-chocolate chips
- pistachio-white chocolate-strawberry
- truffle-chocolate mousse-caramel crisp
- mango cheesecake
- triple chocolate mousse (also available in lactose and gluten-free versions*)
- lemon curd-raspberry (also available in lactose and gluten-free versions*)
